Project Management

Hospitality Project Management

Kaizen assists with the planning and coordination of your hospitality project from beginning to completion. This can include project planning, supplier coordination, purchasing, delivery arrangements, installation planning, progress tracking and final quality checks.

Each project is tailored to the property, the available budget and the owner’s goals.

New Property Setup

We help you prepare a new holiday rental, guesthouse or hospitality space for guests.

This may include:

• Property assessments and setup planning
• Room-by-room requirements
• Furniture, linen and equipment sourcing
• Kitchen and guest amenity setup
• Supplier and contractor coordination
• Delivery and installation arrangements
• Guest-readiness inspections
• Final snag lists and quality checks

Property Refreshes and Upgrades/Renovations

If your property needs an update, Kaizen can help identify what should be improved and manage the work required.

From replacing tired linen and furniture to coordinating maintenance, repainting, décor updates and practical upgrades, we help refresh your property without losing sight of your budget or its intended guests.

Online Booking Platform Setup

You choose the online platforms on which you would like your property to appear, such as Airbnb, Booking.com or LekkeSlaap, and Kaizen completes the setup for you.

We can create your listings, add property information, booking terms, house rules and cancellation policies, and help ensure that you retain full control of your accounts.

If needed, we can also assist with setting up a suitable channel manager, such as NightsBridge, to connect calendars and help prevent double bookings.

Operational Setup

Before welcoming guests, we can help establish the systems needed for the property’s day-to-day operation.

This may include:

• Cleaning and laundry arrangements
• Property checklists
• Guest information and house manuals
• Check-in and check-out procedures
• Key-safe and access arrangements
• Maintenance reporting systems
• Stock and inventory lists
• Guest communication templates

Optional Ongoing Support

Not every property owner needs full-time management. KHS can provide selected operational support after the initial project has been completed.

The level of involvement can be tailored to your property and may include listing assistance, guest communication, quality-control inspections or operational guidance.

HOW IT WORKS:

Consultation
We discuss the property, your goals, the work required, your preferred timeline and your available budget.

Project Plan
KHS prepares a clear project scope and estimate based on the information available.

Setup and Coordination
We coordinate the agreed work, communicate with suppliers and keep you updated as the project progresses.

Final Handover
The property is inspected, outstanding items are identified and the completed project is handed over to you.
